When you use Doteasy hosting service with an existing domain name, you are subject to a $35 domain hosting transfer fee. However, we want you to be able to have completely free hosting! If you refer 2 or more successful accounts to Doteasy, your transfer hosting fee will be waived.

1. After completing your online registration, you have 30 days in which to refer 2 or more people for Doteasy services. They must enter your domain name as the referrer domain on their application form. If 2 or more referrals become successful Doteasy accounts, your $35 fee will be waived.
   
   Referrals can sign up for either a new domain name registration service or existing domain name transfer hosting service. You can refer your own domains and qualify for the fee waiver.



2. Your 2 referral accounts must be activated within 45 days of your registration date in order to qualify you for the transfer hosting fee waiver.

1. Accounts for new domain registrations are activated approximately 24-48 hrs after receipt of an application. After we receive an application and payment, a domain registration will be processed by the domain registrar. Approximately after 24 hours, the new domain information along with our DNS information will be updated and appear in the Whois directory. Then the account will be activated by the system.
   
   
2. Accounts for domain hosting transfers are activated approximately 48-72 hrs after the receipt of an application. This is provided that the domain administrator makes the required modifications immediately. After we receive an application, our Technical Contact and DNS Information is sent out to the domain administrator to make the changes. It will take approximately 24-48 hours for the updated domain and DNS information to appear in the Whois Directory.
   Then the account will be activated by the system.
   
   

1. You will be asked to provide a valid credit card information upon account registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
   
   
2. Upon 30 days, if you have not referred at least 2 people for sign-up, we will charge your transfer fee to your credit card.
   
   
3. Upon 30 days, if 2 or more people have signed up by your referral and have their accounts activated, your transfer fee is waived.
   
   
4. Referral registration deadline for your friends is on the 30th day after your initial transfer domain hosting registration. Referred friends who sign up after the registration deadline will not count towards your transfer fee waive program.
   
   
5. 45 days after your own initial transfer domain hosting registration, you will be charged a transfer fee if 2 of your referred accounts have not yet been activated.
   
   
6. If a referral cancels, chargeback or has payment related problem, the transfer fee will not be waived.
